1.  How long does it usually take for shipping?

We use USPS Priority Shipping which typically takes 3 business days after being shipped from our warehouse! 

2.  How do I return a product that I am not satisfied with or would like to exchange for another?

We have been selling religious gifts online for many years and we are proud to inform you that we have a very low return rate due to the quality of our products sold!  In the event you are not satisfied with an item, simply notify us via email, or call our toll free number 1-866-997-1390 for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number within the 7-Day period.  When we receive the items in it's orginal state, we will refund you your money.

3.  I keep getting the PayPal pop-up and I want to pay by credit card.  Why does the PayPal payment method keep popping up?

There are two methods of paying when checking-out.  The first method is PayPal which the default tab is automatically set to.  If you want to pay be credit card, click on the second method (Credit Cards) and highlight that payment method. 

4.  How do I contact customer service?

5.  How can I be assured my credit card and other personal information is transmitted safely?

We have put security measures in place to protect against unauthorized access of the information we collect to keep your information secure.  Our shopping cart utilizes the latest technology to ensure ALL your personal information is transmitted securely!  We use a firewall and  SSL encryption which encrypts your infomation as it is transmitted!  Buy with confidence, your personal information is safe and secure with us!

6.  Can I call to place an order?

Absolutely!  If you prefer speaking to one of our customer service team members call our toll-free number at 1-866-997-1390.  If your call is not answered, leave your name, phone number and a brief message and one of our team members will return your call ASAP!

7.  How is sales tax calculated for my order?

We only collect sales tax for those customers residing in the state of California.  CA residents will be charged 8.25%. 

8.  What's your privacy policy for emails?

We use your email to confirm and ship your order, and to communicate with you concerning the status of your order and to answer any questions you may have. 

After you place an order or register for our newsletter, we may contact you at a future date to keep you informed of sales, promotions, new product releases, etc. 

We may also send you periodic emails about products and promotions offered by partner sites (We promise we will not bombard you with emails). If you do not wish to receive these emails, simply type "Unsubscribe" in the subject line in a reply email to opt out. You may opt out from receiving these mailings at any time.

9.  Do you offer custom engraving?

Yes we offer custom engraving for most items.  If engraving is available for a particular item you will see the "custom engraving" option.  Click on the circle to highlight and then when finalizing your order you will need to add your desired engraing request in the "Add Comments" section to your order. 

 

10.  Do you ship internationally?
